Mono Solutions Announces CEO Transition: Joakim Schultz Appointed as New CEO

Mono Solutions today announces a leadership transition as Jeppe Rosfeldt steps down as CEO, marking the end of a significant and impactful chapter in the company’s journey. Joakim Schultz, who joined Mono Solutions as Chief Revenue Officer six months ago, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer.

Over the past five years, Jeppe Rosfeldt has played a pivotal role in shaping Mono Solutions. Through multiple ownership changes and a rapidly evolving market, Jeppe’s leadership, resilience, and commitment ensured stability and continuity for the company, its partners, and its employees. “Jeppe has been instrumental in building the Mono we know today,” said Jon Martinsen, chairman of the Mono Solutions Board.

As Jeppe moves on to new opportunities, Mono Solutions enters its next phase under the leadership of Joakim Schultz. Since joining the company, Joakim has quickly gained a deep understanding of Mono’s ecosystem, partners, and market potential. With more than 20 years of commercial leadership experience and a track record of driving partner-led growth and revenue across the SaaS and martech landscape, he brings a renewed energy and commercial focus to the CEO role. In previous leadership positions, Joakim has consistently helped technology companies expand their market footprint, strengthen partner engagement, and scale revenue efficiently across Europe.
