Yes. There are over 10 different user roles with varying permissions that can be assigned to your team. Only Admin users can create and manage users in RAI.

In addition to the 10+ user roles you can give your team members in RAI, you can also assign Editor user roles for end users. Mono has created a number of generic user roles that can be easily applied to websites, but you can also create your own fully customizable user roles – and as many as you would like.

These customizable user roles give you the option to lock down or open up certain parts of the Editor, meaning you can decide exactly what you want each role to be able (and not be able) to do when logged into Mono Editor. These end user limitations only apply to users entering the Mono Editor from an end user login page. These limitations do not apply if you access Mono Editor through RAI.

In our Reseller Admin Interface (RAI), you add and manage subscriptions under the Subscriptions tab on the account page of a specific site. To add a new subscription:

• Click on the Add New Site Subscription button.
  
  
• Select the site on the present account you wish to add the new subscription to. You can select an existing site from the drop-down menu or start a new site.
  
  
• Choose which subscription you want to add to the site. The drop-down menu will show all your available subscription types based on your reseller contract with Mono.
